Check In & Check Out
- Check-in: After 3:00pm (Please make arrangements for arrival after 5:00pm)
- Check-out: By 11:00am
- A credit card is required to make a reservation. We proudly accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. Your card on file will be charged for the full amount 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
- There is a $75 fee for reservations cancelled. Please note that depending on where you made your reservation, you may need to cancel through that agency to avoid cancellation fees (e.g. Booking.com).
- Please note the full amount of your reservation will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel before seven days there will be $75 cancellation fee. And if you cancel under seven day's there will be no refund.
- The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Rooms & Rates
- A two-night minimum may be required on weekends and holidays.
- Room rates do not include 12.5% state and local tax.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and porches.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- We offer an Active military discount of 10%; Please call to reserve to get this promotion, please present an ID to the innkeeper.
- We offer a 10% discount for returning guests during off peak dates, Please call to ask about our discount.
Other Policies
- We welcome all travelers ages twelve and over.
- We do not accommodate pets at this time; please contact us for more information.
