After outgrowing a smaller factory that was located on Cordova Street, in 1984, Whetstone Chocolate debuted their 10,000 square foot factory that remains the heart of Whetstone Chocolate today. Chocoholics from all over the United States come to the Whetstone Chocolate Factory in St Augustine to browse their numerous varieties of chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and sugar-free varieties. Whetstone Chocolate is particularly famous for making chocolate dolphins and chocolate gators as well as delicious St Augustine truffles.
