- A Visa or Master Card is required upon booking and will be charged one week before your arrival date for the amount of your stay.
- Cancellations made 8 to 14 days before your arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay.
- No-shows and early departures will be charged the full rate.
- A two-night minimum may be required on weekends and holidays.
- Room rates do not include 10% state and local tax.
- All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and porches.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. A third adult or child eight (8) or older can be accommodated in the Greensboro for an additional $35 per night, plus tax.
- Pets can be accommodated in the Greensboro for an additional $35 per night, plus tax, with advance notice.
- Gift certificates are available.
