St. Augustine is The Agustin Inn. We are located just one
building away from St. George Street, less than a block
away from the famous Columbia Restaurant and a block from
the beautiful St. Augustine Intracoastal Waterway.
Full gourmet breakfast included each morning with some
of our most popular items being: 
- Homemade Belgian Waffles sprinkled with powdered sugar,
served with sausage links, Banana’s Foster made
from our house recipe.
- A Breakfast Casserole made from
a special blend of eggs, cheese, hash browns and seasonings
baked to perfection, served with honey baked ham, homemade
cheese biscuits, homemade banana bread and a fruit cup.
- Our house recipe Quiche made with Swiss cheese, served
with bacon, a toasted English muffin, homemade blueberry
muffin and a fruit cup.
Enjoy
our beautiful courtyard and exotic garden with the relaxing
sounds of the 2 water fountains. A late afternoon social
hour on Fridays and Saturdays
with hors’d'oeuvres and refreshments which include
wine, assorted sodas, coffee, assorted teas and bottled
water.
Our second floor shared terrace and third floor
balcony is available for all of our guests to enjoy along with our wrap-around porch overlooking the beautiful courtyard.
Plush Bathrobes are provided in every guest room for your
use along with complimentary bath salts, soap, and shampoo. In
the event you should forget something, we have provided
a basket of necessities located in the parlor with toothpaste,
toothbrushes, razors, and other items.

Whether business or pleasure, high speed wireless internet is available in the first floor common areas.
Located in the Parlor, you’ll find reading materials,
board games and cards available for your enjoyment.

 We have three floors with 18 uniquely decorated rooms,
17 with jacuzzi whirlpool style bathtubs and an elevator
for your convenience.
Our Inn is Handicap accessible. All of the common areas,
both inside and outside along with the Greensboro, Drake,
Buckingham and Duchess have wheelchair access. We also
have public handicapped parking located directly adjacent
to our Inn.
 The Agustin Inn has the ultimate in HURRICANE SAFETY AND
PREPAREDNESS. With the purchase of a backup power generator
unit and enough in-ground fuel to sustain the Inn without
outside power, we will be able to provide lights and air
conditioning to all of our guests for up to three weeks.
Our goal is to provide you with a home away from home
atmosphere without your daily distractions. Come, relax,

recommend where to dine, and make reservations.
