Colonial Quarter By Candlelight
11.19.13 07:18 PM
Every night November 24th thru January 4th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm or when the last trolley makes the stop, guests are able to tour the Colonial Quarter by candlelight FREE as part of St Augustine's Nights of Lights Celebration and the Holly Jolly Trolley's tour route for 2013.
Guests will enjoy strolling through 2 acres of candlelit peacefulness, while soft holiday music is played throughout the park. Smore kits will be available for purchase, and guests can make their own smore treat at the firepit located under the old Colonial Oak.
Special seasonal beverages and treats will be available at the Taberna del Caballo and the Bull and Crown Publick House, and at the beautifully lit Colonial Oak both located within the park. For a small fee, guests may also climb the 35 foot watchtower to see the amazing panoramic view of the lit up cityscape filled with holiday lights!
There will be plenty of comfortable seating under the Oak to enjoy the decorated tree on stage for photo opportunities and enjoying this holiday atmosphere!
For those of you who have not visited St. Augustine in awhile, the Colonial Quarter has been totally revamped March of 2013 and is situated just outside our door at the Agustin Inn. We just know you will enjoy this amazing three-century living museum by day and now by evening during this very special time of year!
